David J. Fasulo concentrates his practice in the area of business law. Specific representation includes real estate developers, small and closely held service, manufacturing and professional businesses, lenders and public companies. The range of services provided include negotiation and documentation (i) organizational governance; (ii) structuring developmental or joint venture projects; (iii) mergers; (iv) acquisitions; (v) project finance; (vi) extension of credit facilities; (vii) assistance with raising debt and equity; (viii) administrative and regulatory matters, including environmental compliance and remediation issues; (ix) agreements/leases; restructuring; litigation strategy and supervision; and (x) other business related activities.
Dave was a founding shareholder of the law firm of Barry, Fasulo & Hough, P.C., prior to joining Houston Harbaugh, P.C. Prior to entering private practice, Dave was a clerk to the Honorable Harry A. Kramer and the Honorable Richard DiSalle, of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
