Robert’s practice includes Health Care Law, Business Law, and Commercial Litigation, and his experience includes contract drafting and negotiation, formation of nonprofit and for-profit entities, real estate transactions, state and federal regulatory compliance, and practice before Pennsylvania’s appellate courts. Robert also works closely with the Design Professional Liability Practice, which specializes in representing architects and engineers. Articles written by Robert on HIPAA and Medicare compliance were published in Physician’s News Digest, and Robert has lectured on medical records law and HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
Robert was a co-author for the book State-by-State Guide to Architect, Engineer and Contractor Licensing (Aspen Publishers, 2010) in the chapter dealing with Pennsylvania law.
