James H. Webster's practice is concentrated in public finance, including general obligation and municipal authority financings and industrial development revenue bond financings. He has represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Counties, School Districts, Municipalities, Authorities and Industrial Development Authorities in a career spanning more than thirty years in public finance.
Jim is a lecturer and writer on public finance matters and specifically industrial development revenue financings for several publications.
