Robert J. Burnett’s practice is concentrated in business and commercial litigation, construction litigation and admiralty and maritime law. In his construction practice, Robert has represented owners, contractors and design professionals in complex construction-related matters throughout the country. Robert is also a member of the firm's Design Professional Liability Practice, which focuses on representation of architects and engineers. Brief descriptions of a number of the more significant litigation matters Robert has been involved are attached.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert practiced law at Jones Gregg Creehan & Gerace concentrating in general commercial litigation and construction litigation.
