Kenneth R. Miller concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder law, and tax law. As a member of the Estates & Trust practice, Ken handles all areas of will and estates planning, including Orphan’s Court litigation and appeals, will contests, guardianship, and civil commitments. Ken is accredited to represent clients in Veteran’s Administration Proceedings.
When it comes to tax law, Ken’s experience includes business planning, estate tax, sales tax, and realty transfer and real estate taxes. He has appeared before the U. S. Tax Court, IRS Appeals Court and Pennsylvania Administrative and Commonwealth Courts.
Ken also advises clients on business formation and administration as well as commercial real estate matters, including zoning issues and oil and gas leases.
