Robert’s practice focuses on Business Law and Commercial Litigation, and he specializes in the drafting of complex legal documents for both court cases and commercial transactions. Robert has briefed cases for all three of Pennsylvania’s appellate courts and has argued appeals before the Superior Court and Supreme Court. Robert has twice secured victories for Houston Harbaugh’s clients before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and in both cases he represented the appellant. Robert has also written articles on HIPAA and Medicare compliance that were published in Physician’s News Digest, and he has served as a continuing-legal-education presenter for programs on medical-records law and HIPAA’s privacy and security requirements.
