Cook Joins Houston Harbaugh in Business Law Practice

September 20, 2016 | Houston Harbaugh announced that David H. Cook has joined the firm as a Director in its Business Law Practice. Prior to joining Houston Harbaugh, Cook was a founding partner of Kaplan Cook PLLC.

Cook serves private and closely-held businesses as outside general counsel, advising on all aspects of general corporate as well as employment law. He has worked with businesses and individuals in a variety of fields, including emerging businesses, life sciences, technology, and sports law.

"David has amassed a diverse set of skills and experience throughout his years of practice, including litigation, licensing, and commercialization of technology. Cook received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, a master of arts degree from Boston College, and a bachelor of arts degree from Allegheny College.
