June 3, 2015 | Houston Harbaugh, P.C. announced that firm attorney Bradley J. Franc was elected Vice Chair of the La Roche College Board of Trustees. Franc has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2010 and also has been a member of the College’s Executive Committee since 2013.
“It has been a privilege to serve alongside the many outstanding leaders who serve on the Board of Trustees, so I feel very honored to be elected Vice Chair. La Roche College is not only an inspirational institution, but an educational gift to our community. I look forward to working with our group of talented and dedicated trustees in moving forward its mission of engaging minds embracing the world,” says Franc.
Franc concentrates his legal practice in the areas of business planning, commercial transactions, federal and state tax issues, and estate and succession planning. Prior to joining Houston Harbaugh, he served as a certified public accountant for the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young L.L.P.
He received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
