Franc had been previously named a Super Lawyer in 2010, 2014, 2015 and 2016. This is the first year Brooks has been recognized on the Super Lawyers list. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
Franc concentrates his legal practice in the areas of business planning, commercial transactions, federal and state tax issues, and estate and succession planning. Prior to joining Houston Harbaugh, he served as a certified public accountant for the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young L.L.P.
He received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University.
Brooks concentrates his practice in the area of employment and labor law, representing management on matters ranging from how to handle employee issues and actions, as well as defending or pursuing claims in court and before government agencies. He also represents individuals, providing advice and counsel in pursuit of claims arising out of their employment.
He received his law degree from the Duke University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
