Henry M. Sneath Completes the Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, Advanced Mediation Workshop: Mediating Complex Disputes – ADR

8/4/2021|Houston Harbaugh trial attorney Henry M. Sneath has completed and been certified by the Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation, Advanced Mediation Workshop: Mediating Complex Disputes.  The week-long intensive program was held from July 26th, 2021 – July 30th, 2021. Henry is also now a Certified Neutral for Arbitration, Mediation, Special Master and Patent work by the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He appears on the court’s approved panel of neutrals.

Widely recognized as the preeminent leader in the field of negotiation and negotiation research, the Harvard Program on Negotiation is an interdisciplinary, multi-university research center based at Harvard Law School. Their flagship Negotiation and Leadership courses are taught by some of the leading academicians and practitioners in the field of mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution and are attended by an international group of pre-qualified co-learners.

Henry serves as Co-Chair of Houston Harbaugh’s Litigation Practice and Chair of its Intellectual Property Practice. He has tried over 95 cases to jury and non-jury verdicts in Federal and State Court jurisdictions in business litigation, intellectual property, trade secrets, employment, insurance and bad faith, and catastrophic injury matters. Henry has also helped clients resolve disputes through a variety of Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures. He is now serving as a Federal Court Special Master and mediator in large patent infringement litigation. Henry also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Duquesne University School of Law, teaching two courses: Trade Secret Law and the Law of Trademarks and Unfair Competition.
